If an anthro dyes it’s fur is that the same as getting a tatto for a human?
I’d say yes, unless they were a hairless anthro (such as a sphynx 
)!
Doesn’t fur fall out? I’d think it would be just similar to hair dyeing.
I’d say it’s more like dying hair than getting a tattoo.
